Vacancy available: PVC profile cutter (North Carolina)

Immediate opening: we are hiring a PVC profile cutter in Wake County, North Carolina. You will be based on a window-and-door production line. You should have: • Own basic hand tools (tape, square, screw gun) • Accurate measuring and squaring to within a couple of millimetres Your main tasks: • Fit espagnolette locking gear, friction hinges, handles and keeps to the sash • Cut and weld mullions and transoms into the frame • Fit fly screens, sills and trickle vents • Install finished windows and doors, pack and anchor-fix them, then foam and silicone the perimeter • Insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it • Clean welded corners on a corner-cleaning machine and chisel off the weld flash A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
