Concrete labourer • Chittenden County, Vermont

Great opportunity: we are hiring a concrete labourer in Chittenden County, Vermont. Day to day you will float and trowel surfaces with a bull float and power trowel for a smooth finish; mix concrete to the specified grade (M15, M20, M25) by hand or in a mixer; cure slabs by ponding, wet hessian or curing compound for the required days; lay PCC blinding and the damp-proof membrane over the prepared subgrade; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule. Ideal candidate: • Able to read structural drawings and bar bending schedules • ITI in masonry or civil work an added advantage Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
