Scaffolding supervisor wanted in Lake County

Join our team: we are hiring a scaffolding supervisor in Lake County, Oregon. You will work at a shipyard. Ideal candidate: • Able to read basic scaffold drawings • Good head for heights and comfortable on open platforms • Awareness of TG20 and SG4 safe working practice Day-to-day duties: • Tighten right-angle and swivel couplers to torque with a podger spanner • Plumb the standards and level the ledgers with a spirit level • Install ladder access and ladder gates between the lifts • Inspect couplers, boards and tubes for damage before use • Tie the scaffold back to the building with through-ties and anchors • Dismantle the scaffold in reverse sequence and lower materials safely At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. $3,500 per project, negotiable for the right hands.
