Counter butcher wanted in Barnwell County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a counter butcher in Barnwell County, South Carolina. Ideal candidate: • Food hygiene / HACCP certificate • Knowledge of halal slaughter and handling where required • Physically fit to lift carcasses and stand all day Day-to-day duties: • Mince meat and prepare keema on the grinder • Keep halal cuts separated and clearly handled • Keep HACCP hygiene records and sanitise the block and tools • Run the band saw to cut cleanly through bone • Take customer orders and advise on cuts and cooking Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
