On a typical shift you will apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; mask off threads, holes and machined faces with caps and tape; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat.
