Powder coating line operator wanted in Tom Green County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Tom Green County, Texas. Your main tasks: • Inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches • Check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns • Pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks • Stack and pack finished parts without scratching the coat • Sieve and load powder into the spray gun hopper Requirements: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg Six days a week, one day off.
