Safety officer • Tangaza, Sokoto State

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a safety officer in Tangaza, Sokoto State. You will be based on a high-rise building project. On the job you will handle: • Take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry • Check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements • Ensure MSDS/SDS sheets are on hand for every chemical on site • Verify lifting gear, slings, shackles and crane test certificates You should have: • Clear spoken delivery for toolbox talks and inductions • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot 6+ years on the tools preferred.
