Now hiring: we are hiring a dispatch assistant in Alleghany County, North Carolina. You will be based at a regional distribution hub. You should have: • Previous warehouse or stores experience • Confident using handheld scanners and a WMS Your main tasks: • Scan barcodes to update stock levels on the WMS • Check incoming deliveries against delivery notes and purchase orders • Pick orders from racking using a handheld scanner and pick list • Put away stock into racking locations following FIFO • Report damaged or short-dated goods to the supervisor Full-time with occasional weekends.
