Industrial painter • Davie County, North Carolina

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an industrial painter in Davie County, North Carolina. You will be based at a property maintenance company. You should have: • Sound knowledge of surface prep and the right primers • Able to read colour schedules and follow a finish spec • Able to mix and colour-match paints accurately Day to day you will fill cracks and nail holes with filler and caulk the gaps; work safely from ladders, scaffolding and mobile towers; hang lining paper and wallpaper, matching patterns at the seams; carry out snagging and touch-ups before handover; cut in neat edges along ceilings, cornices and door frames. 6+ years on the tools preferred. Six days a week, one day off. Pay around $9,000 per project, based on your experience. Walk-in interviews this week.
