Immediate opening: uPVC welding machine operator (Nebraska)

Vacancy available: we are hiring an uPVC welding machine operator in Kearney County, Nebraska. You will be based at a glazing and fabrication factory. You will insert galvanised steel reinforcement into the profile chambers and screw-fix it; fuse-weld frame and sash corners on the welding machine and check the weld seam; read the cutting list and optimisation sheet and label each profile; glaze the double-glazed units, set the packers and bed the glass square; crimp glazing beads to length and snap them into the frame. What we are looking for: • Knowledge of common hardware systems such as espagnolette and friction hinges • Able to work to deadlines in a busy workshop Part-time with flexible hours.
