Immediate opening: we are hiring a canteen cook in Boone County, Iowa. Your main tasks: • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Manage the tandoor and skewer kebabs • Label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in • Keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks What we are looking for: • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays • Food hygiene / FoSTaC certificate $3,000 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
