Powder coater • Teton County, Wyoming

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coater in Teton County, Wyoming. On a typical shift you will reclaim and sieve overspray powder for reuse; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns; pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow. Requirements: • Able to stand long shifts and lift parts up to 20 kg • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Full-time with occasional weekends.
