Urgent requirement: diesel mechanic (England)

Vacancy available: we are hiring a diesel mechanic in South Tyneside, England. You will work in a roadside repair garage. You should have: • ITI / NVQ Level 3 qualification in motor vehicle maintenance • Able to read wiring diagrams and workshop manuals • Confident using diagnostic scan tools On the job you will handle: • Road-test vehicles to confirm the repair • Diagnose engine faults using an OBD-II scan tool • Carry out wheel alignment and tyre balancing • Replace brake pads, discs and callipers • Service and replace timing belts and chains 5+ years on the tools preferred. Part-time with flexible hours. Overtime paid at a premium rate. Walk-in interviews this week.
