Banquet server wanted in Sonoma County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a banquet server in Sonoma County, California. Day to day you will take food and drink orders on the POS terminal or order pad; handle guest complaints and escalate to the captain or manager; lay table covers with cutlery, napkins, glassware and crockery; coordinate order timing with the kitchen and the bar; polish glasses, cutlery and crockery during mise en place; upsell starters, desserts and beverages. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of the menu, ingredients and beverages • Clear spoken communication and a polite, friendly manner Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
