Bulldozer operator wanted in Lafayette County

Vacancy available: we are hiring a bulldozer operator in Lafayette County, Mississippi. You will be based at a landfill site. On a typical shift you will read site drawings and follow the batter and slope profiles; load and unload the machine on and off the low-loader safely; backfill and compact soil around pipes and foundations; keep the cab clean and complete the daily machine logbook; grease the pins, bushings and slew ring at the start of each shift; operate the boom, stick and bucket to dig, lift and place material. Ideal candidate: • Minimum 2-3 years' experience operating earthmoving machinery • Understanding of safe digging near underground services • Comfortable working long shifts in dust, heat and noise Full-time with occasional weekends. $3,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
