LGV Class 1 driver wanted in Bedford County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a LGV Class 1 driver in Bedford County, Pennsylvania. You will be based at a haulage company. What we are looking for: • Good knowledge of driving-hours and tachograph rules • Clean driving record with no recent endorsements Your main tasks: • Top up AdBlue and refuel at scheduled stops • Keep a safe following distance, adjusting for weather and load • Complete delivery notes, CMR paperwork and proof-of-delivery • Secure loads with ratchet straps, chains and load bars • Report defects and book the unit in for servicing • Check load weight and axle distribution against permitted limits Rotating shifts.
