Join our team: we are hiring a floor and wall tile fitter in Mobile County, Alabama. The job is on a residential construction site. On a typical shift you will set out mosaic sheets and trim them to fit the edges; mix tile adhesive and cement mortar to the right consistency; grout the joints and wipe off the excess with a damp sponge; cut ceramic and porcelain tiles on a manual tile cutter; level large-format tiles with a tile levelling system. Ideal candidate: • Skilled with a wet saw, angle grinder and manual cutter • Familiar with porcelain, ceramic, mosaic and natural stone • Able to work to deadlines on busy sites Full-time with occasional weekends.
