TIG welder wanted in Geneva County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a TIG welder in Geneva County, Alabama. You will work at a pipe-fitting and pressure-vessel shop. Ideal candidate: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work You will grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish; back-purge pipe joints with argon so the root does not oxidise; strike the arc with high-frequency start and control heat with the foot pedal; sharpen tungsten electrodes and fit the correct gas cup size; TIG weld aluminium sections after cleaning off the oxide layer.
