Requirements: • Able to stand for long shifts and work in heat • Good teamwork and clear communication under pressure • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies You will follow cleaning schedules and wash down work surfaces; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; taste and adjust seasoning for consistency; prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch.
