Dish pit attendant — Ikorodu

Immediate opening: we are hiring a dish pit attendant in Ikorodu, Lagos State. You will work at a fast-food outlet. Your main tasks: • Load and run the commercial dishwashing machine through wash cycles • Sanitise crockery, glassware and cutlery to the required temperature • Hand-wash pots, pans and trays using the three-sink wash-rinse-sanitise method • Scrub out grease traps and clear blocked drains and gullies • Scrape leftover food off plates and pre-rinse before loading Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Willing to work evenings, weekends and split shifts • Comfortable lifting heavy pots, pans and stock crates At least 1 year(s) in a similar role.
