Immediate opening: panel beater (Massachusetts)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a panel beater in Nantucket County, Massachusetts. You will work in a smash repair workshop. On a typical shift you will pull out deep dents with a slide hammer or stud welder; shrink stretched and oil-canned metal with a shrinking hammer; buff and polish the finished panel to remove imperfections; strip out lights, mouldings and trims before repair; read insurance damage reports and assessor estimates; knock out dents and creases using a panel hammer and dolly. You should have: • Comfortable working with dust, noise and spray fumes • Good eye for panel gaps and body lines Full-time, day shift. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
