What we are looking for: • Able to read and match factory paint codes • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing Day-to-day duties: • Blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair • Check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch • Strip clean the spray guns and change the booth filters • Mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper • Mix two-pack (2K) clear coat with hardener in the correct ratio • Mix and tint paint to match the customer's colour code Full-time, day shift.
