Ideal candidate: • Comfortable working off scaffolds and in tight spaces • 2+ years' hands-on experience with argon/TIG welding • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard On the job you will handle: • Keep the arc length and travel speed consistent • Feed filler rod by hand while holding a steady weld pool • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Weld thin stainless steel sheet without burning through At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $2,800 per month, negotiable for the right hands.
