Pipe fitter — Milwaukee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a pipe fitter in Milwaukee County, Wisconsin. The job is on residential construction sites. Day-to-day duties: • Solder copper pipe joints and fit compression couplings • Detect and fix leaks at joints and concealed pipework • Install geysers, water heaters and booster pumps • Read plumbing layouts and mark pipe routes on site • Chase walls and floors for concealed pipework • Trace and clear blockages in drains, traps and gully pits Requirements: • ITI certificate in plumbing or fitter trade where applicable • Own a basic set of plumbing hand tools Freshers welcome — about 4 years of practice is enough.
