Shakeout operator wanted in Cherokee County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a shakeout operator in Cherokee County, Georgia. What we are looking for: • Willing to work in hot, dusty conditions and rotating shifts • Keen eye for casting defects during inspection You will mix and recondition moulding sand to the right moisture; melt scrap metal and ingots in induction or cupola furnaces; cut off risers, runners and gates with a grinder or torch; assemble cope and drag mould halves and clamp them together; shot-blast castings to clean off burnt sand and scale.
