Immediate opening: dough maker (New York)

Great opportunity: we are hiring a dough maker in Oswego County, New York. On a typical shift you will score the top of loaves before baking; proof and fry doughnuts, then glaze them; load and unload the deck oven with a peel; check finished products for colour, crumb and weight; monitor oven temperature and baking time for each batch; prove dough in the proofer at the right temperature and humidity. You should have: • Basic cake decorating and piping skills • Able to work early-morning and night shifts • Able to lift 25 kg flour sacks Rotating shifts. $24 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
