Aluminium tig welder — Deuel County

Urgent requirement: we are hiring an aluminium tig welder in Deuel County, South Dakota. Your main tasks: • Select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job • Back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring) • Weld in flat, horizontal, vertical and overhead positions • Carry out 6G pipe welds where required • Prep and fit up the joint, then lay tack welds before the full run • Read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters What we are looking for: • Physically fit to work in confined spaces and at height • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Comfortable working to tight fit-up tolerances We offer $4,500 per month plus benefits.
