Join our team: we are hiring an argon welder in Monterey County, California. The role involves: • Inspect welds visually for porosity, cracks and undercut • Clamp and fit up components on the jig before welding • Tack weld parts to hold the fit-up before the final run • Run butt, fillet, lap and corner joints to spec • Grind, blend and polish finished welds to a clean finish Requirements: • Aware of PPE, fume extraction and hot-work safety • Able to TIG weld stainless steel and aluminium to a neat standard • Good eyesight for fine sheet-metal work A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew.
