Immediate opening: we are hiring a concrete pump mate in Newport, Wales. Day to day you will strip and clean formwork once the concrete has gained strength; fix and tie reinforcement bars and mesh as per the bar bending schedule; set out levels with a spirit level, line and pins; erect and align timber and steel shuttering before each pour. Ideal candidate: • Hands-on with poker vibrators, power floats and concrete mixers • Comfortable working at heights and on scaffolds Rotating shifts. Performance bonus on top of base pay.
