Fire and safety officer wanted in Vilas County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a fire and safety officer in Vilas County, Wisconsin. The role involves conduct job hazard analysis (JHA) on every new task; take gas readings with a multi-gas detector before confined-space entry; deliver site induction to new workers, subcontractors and visitors; run the permit-to-work system for hot work and confined-space entry; check PPE such as helmets, goggles, gloves and ear plugs and issue replacements. What we are looking for: • Physically fit for full-site inspections on foot • Strong record-keeping and incident-reporting skills • Comfortable working at height and inside confined spaces Freshers welcome — about 2 years of practice is enough.
