What we are looking for: • Aware of PPE, respirator and fire-safety norms • Can read film thickness gauges and colour codes On a typical shift you will cure coated parts in the curing oven at set temperature and time; degrease and clean metal parts before coating; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; inspect the finish for runs, orange peel and bare patches; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. Freshers welcome — about 1 years of practice is enough. £1,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Full-time with occasional weekends.
