Reach truck operator wanted in Aleutians West Census Area

We are recruiting: we are hiring a reach truck operator in Aleutians West Census Area, Alaska. The job is on a factory shop floor. Ideal candidate: • Able to read pick lists and operate an RF scanner • Good awareness of load stability and health and safety • Comfortable working in cold store or chilled areas The role involves: • Shrink-wrap and label palletised loads before dispatch • Stack and de-stack goods in high-bay racking • Charge the forklift battery or change the LPG cylinder safely • Keep gangways clear and observe the site speed limit • Carry out pre-shift checks on the forks, tyres, mast and hydraulics • Read the load capacity plate and never exceed the rated lift limit Six days a week, one day off.
