Baker • Dona Ana County, New Mexico

Urgent requirement: we are hiring a baker in Dona Ana County, New Mexico. Day-to-day duties: • Knead and develop dough by hand and in the spiral mixer • Weigh and mix flour, yeast, water and salt to the day's recipe • Grease and clean baking trays, tins and moulds • Score the top of loaves before baking What we are looking for: • Food handler / hygiene certificate • Accurate at weighing and following recipes • Understanding of food-safety and HACCP basics Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
