Short order cook — Grant County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a short order cook in Grant County, North Dakota. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience as a cook in a busy kitchen • Willing to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays Day-to-day duties: • Prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch • Monitor food temperatures and run regular HACCP checks • Marinate meats and prepare curries, gravies and bases • Prepare the mise en place before each service • Taste and adjust seasoning for consistency Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience. Meals and transport allowance provided. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
