Urgent requirement: we are hiring a powder coating line operator in Richmond County, New York. The role involves pre-treat parts through phosphating and rinse tanks; set the electrostatic gun voltage (kV) and powder flow; apply an even powder coat with the electrostatic spray gun; check dry film thickness with a DFT gauge in microns. What we are looking for: • 1-2 years experience in powder coating or spray painting • Keen eye for finish quality and surface defects Freshers welcome — about 5 years of practice is enough.
