Join our team: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Tarrant County, Texas. You will work on an offshore oil and gas platform. Ideal candidate: • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles Your main tasks: • Check sling angles to stay within the working load limit • Inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use • Attach wire rope and chain slings to loads using shackles and hooks • Guide loads through tight openings into their final position • Rig and lift structural steel, precast panels and machinery into position 6+ years on the tools preferred. $5,300 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Performance bonus on top of base pay. Full-time, day shift. Walk-in interviews this week.
