Immediate opening: site carpenter (England)

We are recruiting: we are hiring a site carpenter in Oxfordshire, England. Day to day you will cut sheet material and timber with a circular saw, jigsaw and table saw; hang internal and external doors, fitting hinges, locks and handles; apply edge banding, veneers and laminate to board; read and work from architectural drawings and cutting lists; lay laminate, engineered and solid wood flooring. You should have: • Sound knowledge of timber types, grades and fixings • Able to read technical drawings and cutting lists • Own basic hand tools At least 1 year(s) in a similar role. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. Rotating shifts. Walk-in interviews this week.
