Lifting rigger — Glasscock County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a lifting rigger in Glasscock County, Texas. You will work at a container port. On a typical shift you will take part in toolbox talks and pre-lift briefings; read lift plans and method statements before starting; coordinate tandem and multi-crane lifts with the signaller; inspect slings, shackles and eyebolts for wear, kinks and cracks before each use; fit tag lines to control and steady suspended loads. Requirements: • Physically fit to handle heavy chains, slings and shackles • Proven experience as a rigger on construction or industrial sites We offer $130 per day plus benefits.
