Immediate opening: we are hiring a shuttering carpenter in Chester County, Tennessee. Day-to-day duties: • Box out openings for doors, windows and service penetrations • Fix stop ends and kickers at the construction joints • Set up adjustable steel props and falsework to support the slab decking • Seal panel joints and hold the correct concrete cover to prevent grout loss Ideal candidate: • Skilled with circular saw, hand tools and spirit level • Hands-on with timber, plywood and system formwork • Able to read formwork and structural drawings Pay around $24 per hour, based on your experience.
