Join our team: we are hiring a glass fitter in Champaign County, Ohio. On the job you will handle: • Apply putty, silicone and glazing tape to bed the glass • Cut glass to size using a glass cutter and running pliers • Fit double-glazed sealed units into frames • Handle large panes using suction cups and a lifting frame • Work safely at height on scaffolds and ladders • Secure glass with glazing beads, clips and points What we are looking for: • Knowledge of toughened, laminated and double-glazed units • Able to cut glass accurately to size We offer $2,600 per month plus benefits.
