Great opportunity: we are hiring a back-of-house cleaner in Columbia County, New York. Day to day you will sort, dry and return clean plates and bowls to the kitchen stations; top up detergent and rinse aid and check wash and sanitise temperatures; clean extractor-hood filters and degrease the walls; restock clean glassware and crockery behind the bar. Requirements: • Careful handling of cleaning chemicals and degreasers • Good teamwork with chefs and floor staff • Previous experience in a busy commercial kitchen preferred At least 6 year(s) in a similar role. $28 per hour, negotiable for the right hands.
