Overlocker operator wanted in Richmond County

We are recruiting: we are hiring an overlocker operator in Richmond County, Virginia. You will work in a small denim manufacturing unit. Ideal candidate: • Can hit the daily piece-rate target consistently • Good eyesight and steady hands for fine, accurate stitching The role involves: • Match notches and ply, lining up checks and stripes before stitching • Stitch seams, hems, side seams and shoulder joins to the marked seam allowance • Change needles, presser feet and folders to suit the fabric and operation • Set armholes and sleeves, easing the cap so there are no puckers 5+ years on the tools preferred. Full-time with occasional weekends. On-the-job training and a clear path to grow. We offer $5,500 per month plus benefits. Walk-in interviews this week.
