Steel fixing chargehand — Roberts County

We are recruiting: we are hiring a steel fixing chargehand in Roberts County, Texas. You will be based on a commercial tower construction site. Ideal candidate: • Willing to work outdoors in all weather and to tight pour dates • Able to read reinforcement drawings and bar bending schedules Your main tasks: • Tie bar intersections with binding wire using a tie hook or pliers • Check bar diameter, spacing and cover before the pour • Assemble column and beam cages on the bench • Place main bars and distribution bars to the marked spacing • Form stirrups, links and hooks to the correct dimensions • Install chairs and bar supports to hold up the top mat Freshers welcome — about 6 years of practice is enough. Six days a week, one day off. A stable, long-term role with a friendly crew. Pay around $3,000 per month, based on your experience. Contact us to fix an interview.
