Canteen cook wanted in Kiri Kasama

Vacancy available: we are hiring a canteen cook in Kiri Kasama, Jigawa State. The job is in a hotel kitchen. Day to day you will prepare stocks, sauces and soups from scratch; keep the station clean and sanitised throughout the shift; follow standardised recipes and stick to portion sizes; label and date all prepped ingredients in the walk-in. You should have: • Strong knife skills and speed on the line • Able to read and follow recipes and dockets • Able to lift heavy stock pots and sacks of supplies 1+ years on the tools preferred.
