We are recruiting: we are hiring a paint and prep technician in Clinton County, Kentucky. You will work at a dealership paint shop. Ideal candidate: • 2+ years' experience in automotive refinishing • Physically fit to stand, bend and crouch for long periods On a typical shift you will check the colour match under booth lights against the maker's swatch; set the spray gun air pressure and fan pattern for an even finish; mask off trim, glass and rubber seals with tape and paper; blend new paint into adjacent panels for an invisible repair.
