Gas meter installer wanted in Drew County

Immediate opening: we are hiring a gas meter installer in Drew County, Arkansas. You will be based at a boiler and appliance service centre. On the job you will handle: • Test combustion and flue gases with a flue gas analyser • Check every joint for leaks with soapy water and leak-detection spray • Set and adjust regulator outlet pressure with a gauge • Install gas meters, regulators and isolation valves • Lay and route steel and copper gas pipe runs to the appliance points • Complete gas safety certificates and label the finished installation What we are looking for: • Sound knowledge of gas safety regulations and pressure testing • Own hand tools and pipe wrenches 6+ years on the tools preferred. $2,700 per month, negotiable for the right hands. Meals and transport allowance provided. Full-time with occasional weekends. Walk-in interviews this week.
