We are recruiting: we are hiring a lawn care technician in Anderson County, Kentucky. Day-to-day duties: • Lay turf and oversow bare patches of lawn • Sharpen, clean and oil hand tools and mower blades • Operate strimmers, leaf blowers and brush cutters • Weed flower beds and borders by hand and with a hoe • Prune hedges, shrubs and ornamental trees with secateurs and hedge trimmers • Spray pesticides and fungicides to control pests and disease You should have: • Physically fit for bending, lifting and long hours outdoors • Valid driving licence for travel between sites Freshers welcome — about 3 years of practice is enough.
