You should have: • Reliable timekeeping and a strong work ethic • Willing to work on both new build and refurbishment sites • Good head for heights for ceiling and stairwell work Day to day you will apply scratch coats and key the surface for the next coat; polish the final coat with a steel trowel and water brush; skim plasterboard to a smooth finish ready for decoration; apply tanking and renovating plaster to damp walls; patch and repair cracked, blown or hollow plaster; clean trowels, buckets and mixers before the plaster sets. $230 per day, negotiable for the right hands.
