Urgent requirement: we are hiring a gtaw welder in Young County, Texas. You will work in a pharmaceutical piping facility. The role involves select the tungsten type and gas cup size to suit the job; read the WPS and weld to the specified parameters; feed the filler rod by hand while controlling the weld puddle; strike and hold a stable arc with a non-consumable tungsten electrode; clean the base metal with a stainless brush and acetone before welding; back-purge stainless pipe to stop root oxidation (sugaring). Ideal candidate: • Able to pass a practical weld test on the first day • Able to weld thin-gauge sheet without burn-through We offer $11,000 per project plus benefits.
