Now hiring: we are hiring a MIG welder in Dawakin Tofa, Kano State. You will be based at a busy production line. Your main tasks: • Lay stringer and weave beads on fillet and butt joints • Weld in flat, horizontal and vertical-up positions • Strike and hold a stable short-circuit or spray-transfer arc • Change worn contact tips and gas nozzles on the torch • Tack components to the jig and check the fit-up against the drawing You should have: • ITI in welder trade or equivalent • Comfortable welding mild steel, stainless and aluminium Part-time with flexible hours.
